Improving your movement efficiency will help you move faster around first base, so keep working on your footwork and positioning. Developing your explosiveness will also help you jump quickly when reaching for throws and get faster starts out of the batter's box—practice sprinting drills and quick reaction exercises. Your core strength and balance have been great on the field and when swinging the bat, giving you better control in your movements and your fielding range has helped you reach more throws. Keep using your strong arm to your advantage when throwing runners out.

One area to keep working on is your quick release when throwing the ball from first base; speeding up that short arm motion will help you get more runners out. Also think about how you can use your great footwork and soft hands to catch tough throws from your teammates—what can you do to make sure you're always balanced and ready? Your bat speed and hitting mechanics are great, so how can you bring that great hand-eye coordination into play even more to hit the ball consistently hard? One area to practice is your communication with teammates, clearly talking about the current play and each person's role to help everyone be ready and quick. Also, work on reacting faster to balls hit your way, practicing your first step so you reach the ball quicker at first base. You already do a great job picking good spots on the field and placing your throws where teammates can easily handle them, so keep building on those strengths as you become a quicker and more vocal first baseman.
